Your professional website is moving to the refreshed

We are excited to announce that will be combined with the newly redesigned, which will serve both professionals and patients moving forward. Created by experts in the field of audiology, this newly merged website is designed to have all the information in one place for both hearing care professionals and patients and to provide a variety of resources and tools.

The new, interactive, easy-to-use website will feature the regularly updated blog, links to helpful articles and videos, access to experts, and of course, everything you need to know about Phonak hearing solutions.

When is the launch of the new website?

The global Phonak website launched at the end of October. The U.S. website and your resource for all things Phonak will launch in December 2022.

What is changing?

Our website for professionals and our website for patients will merge into one, newly redesigned There will be a brand-new section dedicated to professionals with all the information you had on the previous website and more.

How will I be able to log in to my account?

There will be a “Sign in” page from where you will be able to log in to your account as well as the Phonak Store.

After logging in with my PhonakPro ID, will I see anything different?

No, locations such as the Phonak Store, professional resource pages and any dashboards you had access to before will look the same as they do now. 

Will the Phonak Store change as well?

No, the Phonak Store will stay the same. You will be able to access it from the “For professionals” section on the new website.

Will my saved links still work?

Once the new website launches, your old PhonakPro links will redirect to the most relevant section on the new website.

Can I find all the pages on the new website that were on the old website?

No, not all. The content has been revisited and restructured to better fit your needs and answer all your questions. Any of our older, discontinued products and information that are no longer relevant to the industry or current Phonak devices have been removed for a better experience overall. 

Will I still have access to the datasheet and other product information?

Every product page will have a “For professional” section where you can access all the important documentation.
